Our Little Bulldog

We're excited that it's football time again! We went over to a friend's house and watched the Dawgs beat Georgia Southern. Between the three couples, there were 4 little girls.. so Addie Lane had fun playtime too. I hate that I didn't get a picture of all the little girls with their cute Georgia gear.

Sleepy Face

Addie Lane has been a little under the weather for the past couple days. About an hour after she woke up this morning I caught her lying down on the floor... so unlike her. She looked up when she heard me walk by. When she saw that I got the camera, she perked up quickly. The girl loves a camera!

Are we at the Zoo?

Jack was telling us about his trip to the zoo and then quickly ran into his room. He came out with his old Halloween costumes- a monkey and a lion. He put on the monkey costume and then tried helping Addie put on the lion costume (funny!). Jack tried to teach Addie how to act and roar like a lion, but she didn't quite catch on.

More fun on the way..

Addie Lane will have a little sister coming in January! We pray that they will be best of friends and enjoy growing up together. How thankful we are for two healthy girls.

Happy 1st Birthday, Addie Lane!

She's not a baby anymore... my little girl is ONE!
About 25 family members came over on Saturday night to celebrate Addie Lane's birthday with a cookout. She was quite an enertainer with presents and then easily polished off her cupcake. What a fun night!!

What's up, Doc?

Addie Lane had her 12 month doctors appointment today. She got two shots, a sticker and a lot of applause for her words and tricks. She was so proud of herself!

Lake Weekend

My college friend have been going to Katherine's lake house every summer for the past 7 years. What fun we've had over the years and this year was no exception. Addie Lane was the first kiddo to join the tradition and she did great in the boat,the lake and the pool. She was a little scared of Ridgely (Katherine's Cockapoo) at first, but after 5 minutes she was petting and kissing her too!

Old Friends, New Friends

We got to hang out with some of Joel's best friends and their babies! Last year at this time there were no babies between us, and now there are 4 and 2 in the womb. It was great to see everyone and Addie Lane loved hanging out with friends smaller than her.
