Fun in the Sun

Cousin Jack had Addie Lane over to play in his pool. He also invited his other cousin, Katy. Katy LOVED Addie Lane. She never left her side the whole afternoon.

If you look closely at the second picture, I think you can see Addie's top tooth that is coming in.

Fun in Nashville

Addie Lane and I just got back from Nashville visiting 2 of my best college friends, Jennie and Melissa. We had the best time catching up, eating, shopping and watching Addie perform her repertoire of tricks. Thanks for the fun!!

Pop and Grandma

After being in Georgia for the past 9 years, it has been such a blessing and so much FUN to be near my family again! I'm so thankful that Addie Lane gets to grow up around my parents, two of the best people in the world. Happy Birthday Pop!!

Cousin Ryan

This is a couple weeks late, but Addie Lane has a new cousin!! Ryan Morrison Pitts was born May 19th. He gets lots of love and kisses from his big brother, Jack, and his cousin, Addie Lane. This picture doesn't do the three justice. We had a fun playtime and then when it was time to go (and NAP) I decided that I needed a picture. I promise to take another one when the three cousins are in better spirits.

Fun Weekend

Joel's parents (Nana and Pawpaw) came to visit this weekend. We went to a Redbirds baseball game, Joel and I had a date night, ate Gus's fried chicken, went to Mud Island with lots of kisses, waves, laughs and claps the whole weekend from Addie Lane. Obviously she was having fun!!

Brooks loved Addie Lane's ruffled swimsuit... only 9 months and she already has boys chasing her. :)

The Beach

Yesterday was Addie Lane's first day at the beach. To her Daddy's delight, she loved the sand and the baby pool! It will take some time for her to warm up to the loud ocean with cool water though.

Laid back

Bottle time is the only time of the day that Addie Lane relaxes. Otherwise she's pulling up on everything, crawling across the room and then back again, and playing/chewing on anything in her way. It is so much fun to watch her make new discoveries every day.

And yes, I painted her toenails. :)
We are going to the beach on Monday and every girl need a pedi before the beach, right?
